It represents a breakthrough in the treatment of many cancers, and further developments give researchers and doctors hope.<\/p><p>Immunotherapy works completely differently from traditional cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Immunotherapy uses the patient&#8217;s immune system to attack and kill cancer cells. There are various forms of immunotherapy, all of which are complex and difficult to explain.<\/p><p>That&#8217;s why we developed this tool. Together with <a href=\"https:\/\/uzgent.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UZ Gent<\/a>\u00a0&amp;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ugent.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UGent<\/a>, the
